Connect explores Lutheran education, its beliefs and spiritual life. It helps new staff inquire into ‘why we do what we do’. The course supports new staff explore and reflect on their role and contribution to the mission of their school or ECS. Connect is equivalent to three days with the induction and sessions 1-3 conducted by a Connect facilitator at each school with the final session, Session 4, delivered by the region.

At the conclusion of Connect an ePortfolio is submitted. An ePortfolio provides the opportunity for critical reflection on the Connect learning journey.
