Labyrinths

Labyrinths have been used by Christians as an aid to prayer and meditation for many centuries.

The labyrinth can be thought of as a metaphor for the spiritual journey we are all on. The physical act of walking it can be likened to a pilgrimage. The labyrinth design creates a sacred space and tends to be based on uneven numbers.
