Resurrection crosses

June 30, 2017

Churches share the Easter message in many ways.

On Easter morning each family at Strait Gate Lutheran Church, Light Pass, came to worship with colourful crosses they had made to represent the resurrection joy. Each cross was 'planted' to make a garden of crosses. This installation was inspired by The Hill of Crosses in Siauliai, Lithuania. The slide show would make a useful resource to support units based on CSCF CC2 and/or CC3. Links to The Hill of Crosses by searching 'The Hill of Crosses in Siauliai, Lithuania' online.
