CL 3.1 Living in community

June 12, 2017

The unit of work demonstrates one approach that can be taken with Year 3 students and the Christian Living key idea: Christians believe that God creates people to live in relationship with him and with each other.

Students investigate the uniqueness associated with the creation of human beings, feeling loved and valued, friendship and neighbourliness, conflict in relationships after which they explore and analyse the accounts in the Bible of Jesus’ interactions with people. From there they apply their findings to ways of living in family and school community.
