The unit of work demonstrates one approach that can be taken with Level 2 students and the Christian Living key idea: Christians believe that God creates people to live in relationship with him and with each other.
Students progress through a guided inquiry exploring uniqueness from a creation perspective, and focusing on the characteristics and qualities that make each person different. Through the use of Bible stories the concept of relationships is explored, including healthy relationships and things that can go wrong between people. Children reflect on friendship and develop a bank of ways in which they can action this in their interactions with others.
