Connect is an accreditation and formation program for new staff in Lutheran education.
Connect provides a blended learning environment with face-to-face sessions supported with online engagement. The course consists of the following sessions that are equivalent to three days of learning.
• Induction (online/face-to-face, approximately 90 minutes)
• Session 1 (face-to-face school delivery and equivalent to 1/2 day)
• Session 2 (face-to-face school delivery and equivalent to 1/2 day)
• Session 3 (face-to-face school delivery and equivalent to 1/2 day)
• Session 4 which includes the development of the ePortfolio (face-to-face regional delivery and equivalent to 1 day)
