Lutheran Education Australia welcomed Heather Vogt to its Board in May 2021.
Heather brings 42 years of experience in education as a teacher and leader, with 35 of those in Lutheran education. Her most recent appointment was as Principal of Endeavour College, Mawson Lakes, SA which she completed in April. Heather has undertaken numerous roles throughout her career from teacher, faculty leader, leader in pastoral roles to administration, Deputy Principal and Principal. She also brings experience that includes St Anne’s Board (higher education), Lutheran Schools Association/LESNW and the LEA National Leadership Team, Principal Delegate for 18 months.
Heather has worked on many strategic projects as a principal-leader, including the creation and implementation of a Vision for Learners, developing learning spaces to align with learning goals of educational programs, along with her extensive experience in school operations.
The Board of Lutheran Education Australia thank God for Heather as she continues to serve Lutheran schools and early childhood communities through this new appointment.
