Help us plan how we can best strengthen Lutheran education across Australia in the coming years.
The Board for Lutheran Education Australia (BLEA) is listening to the Lutheran education community to prepare our 2020-2023 Strategic Directions. BLEA is delegated by the General Synod of the LCA the responsibility for developing the strategic direction for the whole Lutheran education body so please join the conversation. Your input will be valuable and will help to guide activities and projects over the next few years.
Together, as the LCA community of schools, early childhood services, districts, regions, governors, leaders and staff; we are united in our desire to address the challenges of today and take advantage of the opportunities of tomorrow.
You can join the conversation by:
- Signing up for a small group discussion. These will be 30 minute web meetings on Zoom with six participants in each, or,
- Register to provide written feedback
Either way, please sign up here: http://www.lutheran.edu.au/lea-strategic-direction/
The draft, which has been developed in collaboration between LEA and the regional offices, builds on the regional strategic plans. Once you register you will receive an information pack including the draft strategic intents and some reflection questions.
Your input will inform the next draft which will go to districts and regions for their input, then to the General Church Board with the aim of finalising the new strategy by the end of August.
Thank you for your service now and into the future.
