There really is something special about Lutheran Education. Those of us who work within it experience this every day, yet it can sometimes be difficult to put into words.
The Leading Lutheran Identity workshops, run by LEA and each region, are designed to give current and aspiring Lutheran education leaders the opportunity to reflect on the ‘Lutheran-ness’ of their learning community and explore how each of us contributes to the unique ethos of Lutheran schools and services.
Grounded in the Strengthening Lutheran Identity vocational practice within Growing Deep, these workshops (formerly known as Equip for Leaders) form a compulsory, ongoing component of leadership accreditation, and are also available as optional professional learning for those who already hold leadership accreditation in Lutheran schools. Sessions will be held four times across the year, once in each region and once at Church House.
