The Growing Deep Leadership Framework, which outlines leadership and formation in Lutheran schools, was launched in 2016. This year, with the completion of the Free to Flourish initiative, the final piece of the framework, it has been refreshed in a new edition.
We understand that many people prefer to have a printed copy of the framework, so we have decided to do a print run of the updated edition to distribute to schools. These copies, along with further details of the improvements, will be arriving soon.
In addition, we are updating the Growing Deep website. Stay tuned for announcements about the launch of the refreshed website, which will feature resources to help you implement the Growing Deep framework in your context.
