It is fantastic that so many Lutheran learning communities (ie. schools and early childhood services (ECS)) across all regions are willing to be ‘Free to Flourish focus schools’ for 2024. Thank you!
This involves:
- Partnering with LEA to explore the potential of Free to Flourish in their contexts
- Developing plans and resources for others to access in future years
- Teams meetings and visits from the Director of Formation, and
- Opportunities to hear and learn from each other at various stages of this project.
We look forward to progressing this work in partnership with:

- Good Shepherd College – Hamilton
- Living Faith Lutheran Primary School – Murrumba Downs
- Living Faith OSHC – Murrumba Downs
- Living Waters Lutheran Primary School – Alice Springs
- Pacific Lutheran College – Meridan Plains
- Redeemer Lutheran College – Biloela
- St John’s Lutheran Kindergarten – Bundaberg
- St John’s Lutheran Primary School – Bundaberg
- St John’s Lutheran School – Eudunda
- St John’s Lutheran School – Jindera
We are also encouraged that while several other learning communities have chosen not to officially be a focus school, they have or will immerse different groups of people (eg. Councils, Leadership team, staff and/or students) into aspects of Free to Flourish at various stages of 2024. We look forward to hearing their stories as 2024 progresses.
