Connect feedback for teachers, principals and content facilitators

February 10, 2026

In response to requests by Principals and Connect facilitators, a new feedback loop is being strongly encouraged from February 2026:

For Teachers:

In the ‘Congratulations you are now Accredited as a teacher (At)’ email, teachers will be asked to have a conversation with their Principal and/or Connect facilitator. They are asked to share their ‘aha’ moment from Connect, and an unresolved question or area of interest that formed the basis of their professional learning plan developed in Connect Session 4.

For Principals/Connect facilitators:

In the letter attached with the Accreditation as a teacher (At) certificates, a paragraph is now included encouraging leaders to have a conversation with their staff. While this conversation may be on an individual basis, we encourage you to have them in a small group and over a coffee for a more informal discussion. We anticipate this feedback at school level will help shape and direct future spiritual professional learning for retreats or staff development days – the hours for which contribute to Accreditation Currency.

If you have questions or wish to discuss this further, please contact your Regional Office’s Connect facilitators.
