LEA welcomes the Review of Funding for Schooling
LEA has lodged its response for the Review of Funding for Schooling.

LEA looks forward to playing a constructive and positive role during the Review of Funding for Schooling in the interests of not only students in its schools but all Australian students. It is an opportunity to think proactively about the future of education in this country.
The key funding position for LEA is: LEA supports guiding foundational principles including a basic entitlement for each student, needs-based funding provided to schools with demonstrable student need, and guaranteed funding delivered in a way that allows for stability and strategic decision making at both the school and system levels.

Lutheran Education Australia has negotiated with Mission-Einewelt, Neuendettelsau, Germany, for them to host a tour group of Australian Lutheran school leaders in July 2011.
