Values for Lutheran schoolsCompassion
During National Lutheran Schools Week, schools are reminded of the values cards available from the LLL.  Separate cards depict each of the ten values for Lutheran schools: love, justice, compassion, forgiveness, service, courage, humility, hope, quality, appreciation.   These values cards can be sighted and ordered from the LLL Website www.lll.org.au and click onto Lutheran Tract Mission and then NEW RESOURCES.   

Federal Budget 2008: The value of keeping promises!
In a recent media release, LEA Executive Director said Lutheran Education Australia (LEA) commends the government on fulfilling its education election commitments and on taking a long term strategic approach with its 2008 budget. NokoKey Lutheran leader to attend ACLE
Lutheran World Federation General Secretary, Dr Ishmael Noko [pictured right], has issued an invitation to LEA Executive Director, Dr Adrienne Jericho, to participate in an initial planning meeting for a Lutheran education global gathering during 2009.  Planning will begin in Geneva during July and LEA is delighted with this development towards a global network of Lutheran educators.
